About

Pixel Dusk started as a group chat where four friends kept arguing about which mobile games were worth the storage space. At some point we figured we should write the arguments down instead of losing them to scrollback, and the site grew from there.,We play everything to completion, or at least long enough to know what the game becomes after the shiny first hour. A puzzle game might charm you on day one and bore you by day three, and that difference is exactly what we try to capture.,Games get picked for a few reasons: readers ask about them, something new is climbing the charts, or one of us simply can't stop playing. We don't chase press events or embargoes. If a title isn't fun, we say so plainly and move on.,Everything here is written by hand. No automated roundups, no copied store blurbs. When we recommend something, it's because we'd tell a friend the same thing over coffee.
